Madhuri Dixit

Madhuri is a famous Indian actress who has gained popularity for her part in the films Hum Aapke Haiin Koun and Beta Saajan. She began her career in the 1980s and came into prominence thanks to her character in the Tezaab film, where she appeared with the veteran actor Anil Kapoor. Then, she starred alongside Aamir In Dil. In Mumbai the city she was born by middle class parents. At a very young stage, she was able to study dance. When she was young She began acting but was not successful as a lot of her movies were unsuccessful. Then she found her way to success and then went on to become one of the most well-known actors within the Indian film industry. She took a hiatus from her profession following the wedding before returning into the entertainment business. She played a major role for the film Gulaab Gang, a film focused on women's struggles in India. Dixit was nominated fifteen times at the Filmfare Awards. She won 8 of them. She was also honored with her Padma Shri the fourth highest civilian honour in India. Her charitable work is known to the world.
